Well hello I like teaching and always looking for best methods that suits student I may use different methods of teaching according to the ability of students people are different.
I have tutored a student who used to get less than 20% in her exam but now well she is first person in mathematics and it helped boost other subjects as well .
Well I always reward when students pass and motivate them to continue excelling in their academic.
