I have an ability to meet the needs of the students.Before teaching,I ensure that the learner is ready to learn .I encourage interactive sessions rather than one sided communication.Students get to feel free to raise queries and learn in a much cordial environment.I feel I have been chosen by God for this noble profession.Apart from the normal subject/content teaching,I am really good at counselling at all levels .I also consider the distractions met by the students nowadays.I also try to maintain a contact with the parents for the immediate feedback and proper development of children.
