*Teaching should be a passion, where the teachers transfer not just the knowledge but also the ethical and moral values.

I strongly believe that, just byhearting the concepts won't help, rather understanding develops the self confidence. So,
*I always make the students to understand the concepts by showing them the slides, videos on the lesson concepts
*I make them to raise questions and clear their doubts.
*I always make them to talk first and raise questions.
*I give assignments for them based on the lesson concepts
*Also, I conduct Quiz based on the Lessons.

I make them to read the lessons on daily basis, so that,not only the conceptual learning gets developed, but also they can score good in exams.

I study each student and identify the areas to be improved and focus on their improvement.
So far, I have a got a good feedback from my students as well as their Parents.
