The teaching methodology that am very fond of is active participation because it enables the learner to actively partake in his or her learning session and not being a mere listener.Therefore,as a teacher I have to make sure that I design teaching and learning aids that will make this method a success and also I will prepare tests for learners to assess their understanding of concepts taught.By doing this,I will be able to identify learners difficulties and come up with strategies to help each student individually.I consider to be a great teacher because I relate well with students and the urge to help under performing students to upgrade their marks for the better.
