JOHN WANGOLOBIOLOGY AND CHEMISTRY
No reviews yet
My teaching is Socratic, learner based and practical. I'm result oriented manifested by the first class diploma score. I'm lenient, tolerant, listening and understanding. I work with the mind of the learner, my role is to shape the learner's mind but not to impose my own mind. I respect each learner's contribution, and more than willing to listen to any questions from the learner. Before written test, I always first engage in a conversation to train the learner's mind to speak the language of the subject. I always have a debrief session with my learner's for every test. The psychological orientation of the learner is very important for me. Knowing how the learner feels about the subject. I engage the learner in meditative sessions for a deeper cultivation of the concepts learnt. I apply a Philosophical approach to the subject, with a synthesis that is realistic, pragmatic, and existential. I love it when the learner captures something starting with their surrounding. I disregard idealistic views that enslave the learner and cripple their mind. I as well apply Howard Gardner's multiple intelligence theory, knowing that there are several types of learners in the world. The visual learners, audio learners, and I provide for them through visual and audio learning aids. I also teach through music.
