I have been into the english training and IELTS training for now about 8.5 years and have trained nearly 1700 students with good band scores. I wont be showing a rosy picture by saying that yes you all would be doing it as the honest fact is the trainer can only be successful if the candidate has the zeal to do it. To summarize i would say its the candidate who makes the trainer.
I follow the practical approach with all new voice notes in order to make things smooth. Preference is one to one attention to each candidate to even got out of box.
