I understand what teaching style suits students the most as I am currently one.I teach with real life examples .I have always been a bright student and have leadership qualities which makes children listen to me despite my young age.
My methods are completely flexible.
My students have scored brilliantly.
I am patient with children and understand that each child is different hence different ways of teaching.
Children will be safe with me and they will be comfortable as well .I never demotivate my students, a common practice by elderly teachers.I treat them equally
