My methodology is simple. First is to know the capacity of the student to know. This will be done by assisting the student, like spoon feeding. Secondly, if the student is enthusiastic to learn, the next step is to allow the student to learn on his own by giving assignments and modules. If the student is having difficulties to catch up, I will assist the student for him/her to be independent to learn. Lastly, is to make the student to understand and apply what he/she learned in a real life experiences. I will give assignments and exams for the student to apply what he/she learned. Thus, my philosophy and my main goal is to teach the student and make the student to understand the topic even if I can use a time without pay, to gain money is just my secondary goal.

    The Job was to form the young peoples, ages 10 to 25, in psychological, emotional, and Spiritual aspects of thier lives. Part of the Job also was to educate them in reading and writing English and Filipino, and basic mathematics.
