I have strong communication and interpersonal skills.I am proficient in English speaking and teaching.I assisted in developing educational programs and activities in my school.i collaborated with colleagues to enhance student's performance at my previous school.I believe in practical learning.I don't let the students cram whatever they are assigned.Rather i give them practical tasks to help themselves with the work.I let them Think and give their own point of views to me so that they can learn something new.I applied these methodologies and my class got 90 percent result.I can make guys confident enough to speak in public without any hesitation.
