I prefer one on one methodology
I also wouldn't mind a class setup kind of teaching.
I combine my knowledge in counselling to make my teaching more effective.
I also engage with the student at their level to be able to guide them better. Before any new lesson, I first recap o previous day's work to ensure the student understood well.
I give consistently give my students mini tests to gauge progress.
I hold Monthly sessions with the parent to address any concerns and check progress.
This helps me, the teacher, to know whether we are heading in the right direction.
