I have a corporate background in Finance and I’m also a mom to a baby girl, so I can understand how life is full of responsibilities but you need to recharge yourself first 🙏🏻 I’m here for that! I specialize in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I also love teaching Meditation, specially through visualization and Yoga Nidra. I love teaching a gentle flow, to allow you to fully enjoy the movements and deepen the poses.
