Hello there, I'm Malavika a human resources specialist with a desire to teach During my school and college years, I home-taught nearly 15 students ranging from pre-kindergarten to eighth grade. Rather than accentuating on textbooks and subjects, I concentrated on strengthening language, grammar, and basic arithmetic skills, through games and stories which make them more engaged.This has provided a solid foundation for their future development and vivid change in their communication patterns and mode of study. They've made a firm grip in languages, basic science and maths.
Even after these years I always wanted to go back to that class with all that smart and active young tads and now when the time came, I considered picking up my love of teaching again.
