-I think results come with time and consistency from both the teacher and student, patience and daily motivation in classes for students helps them score better so I also focus on helping them make realistic goals and actually enjoy studying rather than think of it as a task.
-I can identify strengths and weaknesses in a student's learning and selectively work on that, which increases grades.
-Topics mentioned by the students that we have to work on, doubts and homework will also be taken care of.
