My techniques are usually 1:1 to small group learning and it is a student-centered learning experience, where I would encourage the students to respond and participate in the lesson actively. Also, I do encourage my students to respond to open-ended questions and I would prepare materials that would help foster their interest towards the subject. If it is a small group learning, I would foster study relationship between each of the students joining the small group learning.
The typical length of my lesson is around 45 minutes where I would focus on tutorial sessions at the first 15-20 minutes and the remainder minutes would be students working on the task by their own. I would provide some online slides for them to work on their task and access them based on their understanding and skillset of their English language before handing them worksheets of their own level and pace. Most of the time, I would encourage the students to work beyond their capabilities.
As an educator for 8 years, I have worked in several international schools and kindergartens, particularly The British International School Kuala Lumpur and The International School@Parkcity Kuala Lumpur, dealing with several students of varied backgrounds and learning needs. I am a certified Apple Teacher and also I possessed a Bachelor in Education (Hons) and also a Diploma in LearningDisorder and Child Psychology.
My English lessons are catered for students who are at Upper Primary (between Year 4 to 6)- which is between 9 to 11 years of age and also my lessons do train the students for the IGCSE/GCSE/O-Levels.

During that time,I had coached a student with learning difficulties and possibly Autism spectrum for Years 8 to 9 in British International School Kuala Lumpur from May 2023 to June 2024 where I would be required to work together with the clients and stakeholders on some of the better strategic plans to improve the child's classroom learning, especially learning plans and weekly reports, as well as learning resources. Apart from that, when the child is away from the school for Term 1 (August to December) and occasionally during the holidays, I would work with the child on hybrid through online learning where I would prepare the materials which was provided by the school to help keep her updated in her subjects.

Floating Classroom Teaching Assistant (KS1)/ Permanent Classroom Teaching Assistant Year 5/6 (KS2) (Aug, 2019–Mar, 2022) at The International School @ParkCity Kuala Lumpur
During my time as a permanent classroom assistant for Year 5/6 from 2020 to onwards,I've occasionally taught lessons, managed collaborative and individual learning support group sessions for Mathematics, English, IPC and also had been assigned to mark and document students work for their Mathematics and English lessons.
