I tend to look at the students weakness and strength see what they like make them see education in real life because they need to know how to apply it in real life. Bonding with the student makes me understand what the student needs in order to come out successful. I believe that with the right attitude towards studies makes it easier. Some effort would be an added advantage studying shouldn't be only for the competition but also for securing a good future.With this kind of an attitude you will say it was hard at the beginning but the pushing forward was worth it.
