I get to understand the students weakness and put my ephasis to stregthen it .i believe in interacting with the student and helping them out in anywag posible .since pastry has a practical bit of it i make sure i analize it for the student theoretically for easy baking when they get a chance .the stundet is given assignment to help out with the class and also easy understanding .this makes it easy for the student to understand theought the class period and also letting the student be free with you during the lesson.
