I explain topics with example and make it understand completely from the basics to advance. And it is two way communication where my knowledge transfers through asking questions. I believe the process of teaching is most effective when student is comfortable to ask questions regarding the topics to teachers. And once student start to analyze the topics he/she will get more clarity on it. And also I believe that when a student get ready to explain topics it means he has understood well And this is what the purpose and result of teaching.
