Whenever i teach, i love connecting with my student, get to know their weaknesses, get to know how fast and well they assimilate things and then work with them based on these. Ensuring i carry out my teaching in a way that is best suited for them.
I have been able to work with several students with this and it has proven very effective. Another key i use here is motivation. yes. I try as much as posible to always motivate my student to learning, creating the right attitude for learning in them.
