My teaching style is rooted in a student-centered approach, where the goal is to actively involve students in their own learning process. Instead of relying solely on traditional lecturing, I prefer to create an interactive classroom environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, engage in discussions, and explore concepts more deeply. I believe that learning happens best when students feel empowered to take ownership of their education, and I make it a priority to foster this sense of curiosity and independence. This results in higher engagement levels and allows students to develop critical thinking skills as they explore course materials from multiple angles.

I also integrate blended learning into my teaching methodology, combining face-to-face instruction with digital tools and resources. By using technology, students have the flexibility to access additional learning materials such as videos, online exercises, and supplementary readings that support and reinforce the in-class lessons. This approach not only caters to different learning styles but also allows students to learn at their own pace, giving them the opportunity to revisit challenging topics whenever necessary. Furthermore, I emphasize the importance of collaborative learning, often incorporating group activities, peer reviews, and team projects to help students develop communication and teamwork skills.

What makes me a great teacher is my empathy and adaptability. I recognize that every student has unique learning needs and strengths, and I adjust my teaching strategies accordingly. Whether it's offering extra support to a student who is struggling or challenging advanced learners with more complex problems, I am always aware of the individual needs within my classroom. My goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves, exploring new ideas, and pushing the boundaries of their knowledge. Through this balance of structure, adaptability, and encouragement, I aim to cultivate a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom.
