*Job Summary:*
Lead and manage the sales function for Oddo Trading Nigeria Ltd., driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Strategic Planning:*
1. Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
*Sales Leadership:*
1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, Managers, Executive's, Supervisors and Reps, providing coaching guidance, and development opportunities.
2. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback to Senior Management.
*Customer Management:*
1. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
2. Set and negotiate contracts, prices, and trade terms.
*Market Execution:*
1. Ensure effective in-store and open market execution, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials and strategies.
2. Plan, execute and manage promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
*Performance Monitoring:*
1. Track sales performance, market share, and customer satisfaction.
2. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
*Collaboration:*
1. Work closely with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure aligned business objectives.
2. Collaborates with regional and global teams to share best practices.
*Experience:*
- 10+ years of sales management experience in FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of sales growth and market share expansion.
- Experience managing teams and developing talent.
