I previously worked as a teacher at Tanzimul Ummah, where I taught students from preparatory to grade 4. I was responsible for teaching core subjects, including English, Math, and Bangla. Along with delivering lessons, I regularly created detailed lesson plans to ensure the effective progression of the curriculum. Each week, I collaborated with fellow teachers to plan engaging class activities, designed to enhance students' learning experience and foster their creativity and critical thinking skills. Through these activities, I aimed to create an interactive and supportive learning environment for my students. As my students were young, I placed a strong emphasis on making them feel comfortable before each class. To warm them up and create a positive learning atmosphere, I would start with fun questions or recite rhymes, helping them ease into the lesson while capturing their attention and encouraging participation. Every week, I conducted quizzes to assess my students' learning progress and assigned homework to reinforce their understanding. I continuously strived to keep them engaged in their studies by incorporating various activities and fun facts, making learning both enjoyable and effective. Additionally, I maintained open communication with parents, consulting with them whenever necessary to address any issues or concerns regarding their child's progress or well-being. My goal was to create a supportive and interactive learning environment that fostered both academic and personal growth.
