My content delivery includes personal engagement of the content and the student to ensure understanding and mastery of content and concepts. I allow the student to interact with knowledge as this makes it easier for the student to gather more and more of knowledge. I believe students have a certain ability to comprehend concepts so I try to nurture this ability so that by the end of my interaction with the student he or she is able to rely on this ability to study further. To me learning is a life experience that needs guidance and not force.
