First I need to diagnose the student, based on student standard and psychological behaviour towards the subjects or syllabus my style is vary, I personally believe every student is unique and they have their own way of understanding style of grasping power so based his /her psychological condition or capacity I need engage them with proper methods, as a Teacher I need to assess the student previous academic records and understand their condition, firstly we need understand them the use of Education and it's important in his or her life..
