According to my POV and methodology it's necessary for teachers to create a friendly bond between teacher and student to make student comfortable with you.
So students are comfortable to ask any questions about the subject .
And secondly don't overload them that puts burden the students .
Teach the students according modern teaching methodology.
Use and introduce advance technology to students that they can easily solve their problems and get their results according.
Using above methods teachers can easily gives results from students.
This is my way of teaching that I have implemented school teaching and home tuitions
