Over the years of my experience I have come to understand that different students learn at different pace and your ability as a teacher to understand your student, the type of teaching style that sits well with them, the pace at which they learn makes the teaching and learning experience for you both soothing and yield effective results.
In less than 4 consistent years of my teaching experience I have been able to record 90% Sucess from students I have coached, all as a result of understanding. I study and understand and student and ensure that the understand me too that way they feel comfortable and this makes learning easy for them.
