I am a Yoga Alliance ERYT-500 Certified Teacher with over 15 years of experience in teaching yoga, meditation, Reiki, and sound healing. My journey has allowed me to share the transformative practices of yoga across various countries, including Russia, Egypt, Lebanon, China, and Thailand. In every location, I have seen the profound impact these ancient practices can have on people's lives, helping them connect to their inner selves while promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Through my extensive experience, I offer a holistic approach to wellness that integrates the physical asanas of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with deeper meditative practices, healing techniques like Reiki, and the vibrational therapy of sound healing.
