I firmly believe that learning is most effective when it is driven by the learner, and as an educator, my role is to facilitate and empower the learner to take charge of their own learning journey. I have a deep respect for the intelligence and capabilities of learners, and I am committed to nurturing their potential. I firmly believe that learners are the future leaders and innovators. In my approach to teaching, I prioritize methodologies that place the learner at the center of the learning process. For instance, in my mathematics classes, I encourage students to tackle problem-solving independently before seeking assistance. I also promote research-based projects that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. My teaching method is designed to empower learners and give them control over their educational experience.
