I have more than 30 years experience of teaching Mathematics in Kenya and 17 years in China. I have been teaching the following Curriculum:
(i) IB SL and HL both MAA and MAI syllabuses SL and HL for 17 years. I am also an IB Examiner for AI and MAA P1. I mark both May/June and November Exams.
(ii) Cambridge CAIE from AS level, P2,P3 and to Further Mathematics.
(iii) IGCSE from Grade 7 up to Y13 in two Top IB World Schools.
(iii) AP Statistics and Pre-Calculus.- 10 years
(iii) SAT - Privately
I have taught for many years ONLINE especially during the COVID years using ZOOM, ClassIn and I have been using TEAMS on a daily basis with my students especially for online Homework and other activities with students.
I have also been using the smart Board for many years.
I also have a Projector and a eye pencil with a modern iPad which I use also to explain mathematics online and with a smart board.
I have been a Form Tutor and Head of Department for many years. I have also been a careers and have guided students in University Application procedures.

    I have plenty of experience of teaching Mathematics in the following Programs:
    (i) IB SL and HL over 20 yrs and I am an Examiner with the IB. I mark IA and SL P1
    (ii) Cambridge CAIE AS Level and up to Cambridge Further Mathematics - more than 25 yrs.
    (iii) AP Mathematics - Approved to teach AP Statistics and Calculus - more than 16 years.

    I have many years ONLINE Teaching experience of using ClassIn, Zoom and Teams. I also have a good computer and I have a good projector in my private office where I have reliable strong internet. I can teach from my office at any time and student can also visit and learn from my office.

Fee details

    KSh2,000–5,000/hour (US$15.50–38.76/hour)

    If student comes to my office or study online then charge is minimum 2000 for IB/A-Level/AP per hour.
    If Tutor travels to student home, then depending on distance, time and Content Level it is varied accordingly and agreed upon on case by case.
