During my graduate studies (14th-year career) I always had a keen interest in the subject of Education and all modules related to the field of education. Most of the projects and assignments that I performed were related to measuring the students’ development and learning strategies. Studying in a developing country like Pakistan provided me with a lot of exposure and opened the horizons of my thoughts. During and after completing my bachelor’s degree I joined a school to get exposure to our educational system. During my employment at the school, I worked in all operational areas including recruitment, staff pieces of training, stock management, curriculum planning, and class schedules, as well as managing relationships with the concerned organizations for the capacity building of staff. Teaching and counseling young students was a great experience for me and I realized a great sense of achievement. Here I chose the career of a school teacher for good and decided to exert all my devotion to teaching and research. I always emphasize delivering the lesson plans with the best possible preparation and relating them to the existing market conditions or examples. I also indulged myself in organizing various co-curricular activities for a better learning experience. In this information age, traditional education, both in its ideology and methodology, has met an unprecedented challenge like many other aspects of human existence. Meanwhile, the pursuit of higher levels of educational development and quality of life has largely transformed the educational value orientation of the general public. The educational model that is centered around cognitive and intellectual instruction has been seriously questioned. Greater attention has been devoted to the cultivation of a well-developed personality and the ontological status of the individual in education.
It is also important to carry out educational experiments in which educational predictions are complemented by academic feedback. The complexity of education and the complexity of human individuals have made the comprehensive application of diverse educational approaches necessary. Those new horizons are what fascinate me.
