I am a kind of teacher that prioritizes my students learning, I also encourage them o do bette when it comes to their skills. I always walk an extra mile for them like for example if there are no available books that suits their skills then I will provide my own material for them. I always listen to students if they have suggestions on their classes. I always monitor students performance by giving tasks and homework and I don't proceed to the next lesson if I am not sure that the student understands their lessons. I am strict but friendly. I always give tips when it comes to learning. I am very careful with the topics that I discussed because some might be very sensitive. I always ask students opinion during speaking classes and sometimes I form it as a debate. I also include vocabulary discussions for the students vocabulary skills. I always gave room for questions for better understanding. I give examples during the lesson to make it clear ro everyone. I always make sure that the class is something that they can look forward to.
