Teaching a students is an old method now. In today's competative times a teacher should know how to involve a student. The matter taught should be appropriate and timely. A good teacher knows when to fly, how to fly and where to fly. In addition to this there should be proper transaction. Without assigning home work the task and worth of both the teacher and student remains incomplete. Revising what was taught before is an important thing to do. Asking some questions daily from the previous lessons is need of the hour. Doubt session, clearing of minute concept and putting Blooms Texanomy into service is one of the greatest methodology to be followed. Creativity based tasks make the student confident. Week wise syllabus review and unit wise tests add to the confident of both the teacher and the student. Using a common language as a medium is the only link between the teacher and the student. Giving some real life examples is art of any good teacher. Checking of material or notes is obligatory for the teacher. Encouraging students boosts confidence into them
