Over the past 8 years, I’ve dedicated myself to sharing the transformative power of yoga with students around the globe. Specializing in Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, and Raj Yog meditation, I’ve created a space where anyone—whether you're a beginner or experienced—can connect with their body, mind, and spirit.
