Patient, kind and jovial teacher.I give my students time to complete their tasks and give room for asking questions as much as they can.I believe the key point of teaching and learning is understanding, i wont go to tje next topic /strand if my learners are having a problem that hasnt been solved .I believe in a method where i write an example on the board, i explain, we do, then lastly i give my learners an exercise while going round explaining to those with difficulyies with the exercise and mark.
