• Taught undergraduate students and coordinated lab sessions for the following
courses: Object Oriented Programming (Java & Python), Data Structures & Algorithms,
Web Application Engineering, (HTML/CSS and PHP/MySQL), Database Systems (Oracle
SQL Plus, Mongo DB, Toad Data Modeler/MySQL workbench).
• Served as faculty advisor to over 200 undergraduate students, where I was primarily
responsible for disseminating information about the policy, procedures and resources
of the Department of Computer Science.
• Supervised the final year projects of undergraduate students to aid their graduation.
• Served as timetabling officer of the Department of Computer Science for a period of
3 years. In this role, I designed and implemented a timetabling software which is
currently used by 50+ timetabling officers in the University. Further maintained
effective collaborative relationship with staff and students to facilitate information
sharing with the application.

(Full Stack Engineer, )

• Collaborated with a team of developers and agro engineers to develop a nationwide
Agricultural Knowledge Base application that supports 1 million + rural farmers in
Nigeria.
• Designed and implemented Facility Management Software to identify, plan and
reserve classrooms, laboratories and scarce resources in the University (ASP.Net MVC
and Microsoft SQL Server).
• Transformed legacy paper based course evaluation form to single page web
application (Angular and Laravel, MySQL) which increased students’ participation and
confidence to find and rate professors.
• Introduced a set of design decisions used to develop the University’s course enrolment
application. Further participated in implementing selected features of the application.
Improved the use of the newly developed staff portal by 50% after training 200+
deans, directors and heads of departments on selected services of the portal such as
the management of course groups, timetables, facilities and roles & privileges.
• Gained reputation for displaying high level of initiative in software development
towards the realization of the mission and vision of ABU (The Vice Chancellor Merit
Certificate was issued).
