  • Junior Engineer, Transmission Lines Section, Power and Mechanical Division (Mar, 2022–Present) at National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK), Lahore
    I have hands on experience on Power System Studies on ETAP, PSS/e and PSCAD Softwares. System Studies include Load Flow, Short Circuit, Transient Stability Analysis, Arc Flash Analysis and TRV (transient recovery voltage) analysis. Developed and implemented grid inegration of generation sources, load addressals and transmission system expansion plans. Further, I have got experience in Technical Bid Evaluation of Procurement Tenders.

    Moreover, gained insight of insulation coordiantion studies for overhead transmission lines insulators, via adopting IEC 60815 standard by building up naturally polluted insulator test stations and gathering ESDD/NSDD measurements data for selection of Best Insulator Profile and Coating to avoid pollution triggered flashovers.

    Participated in Corrosion Protection/Mitigation Study based on ISO 12944, 9223 and ASTM standards and developed corrosion map of Pakistan.

  • Sub Diisional Officer/ AM Operations (Sep, 2020–Sep, 2021) at Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), Mansehra
    As assistant manager operations for 11kV and 400V HT and LT network of the related Sub-Divisional area, I supervised, monitored and controlled day to day tasks of Maintenance, New Connections, Recovery, Meter Reading and Safety Prades. I managed human resources as well as vehicle and fuel to provide best possible custormer services to 27,000 electricity consumers/customers.

    I monitored and reported to higher ups the overloading conditions of the 11kV Feeders in the month of August and September for effective load management by shifting partial loads on lightly loaded 11kV feeders. Moreover, improved meter reading accuracy & recovery of bills and reduced line losses by anti theft campaigns.
  • Technical Sales Engineer (Sep, 2019–Feb, 2020) at OSAKA Lighting
    As technical sales engineer made Return on Investment (ROI) plans, coordinated with industrial customer to fulfil their needs of lighting warehouses, machine lines and open areas by LED Flood Lights, LED Bay Lights and LED Street Lights as Energy efficient lighting technology.

    Recommended distances between lights, heights from ground/floor and power/wattage of light sources based on lumen/watts and required LUX levels and light source beam angles.

    Carried out Maintenance and Operations of Motors, Flood Lights, 11kV and 400V HT and LT Panels, Transformers, Diesel Generators, Circuit Breakers, Magnetic Contactors and VFDs.
