First I analyse the strength and weakness of a student in that particular subject and accordingly I make a systematic plan for the progress.i take weekly test for the better understanding and independent knowledge of the particular subject.Also I encourage the student to raise his/her query and try to solve them.i also help the student in their home assignment. Most importantly I try to ensure that the student should love the particular subject and learn the subject 😊. Lastly I believe in a strong relationship and mutual understanding for the overall development
