I am a resilient and disciplined teacher who help pupils/students to learn. It is my joy seeing pupils/students succeeding in their academics as well as life generally. It is apt to note that wards have uniqueness and peculiar in term of their learning capabilities. Hence, the need to identify each and attend to him/her respectively based on his/her level of understanding. My adroitness helps me fit well in this regard.
My teaching style is flexible taking cognisance of the wards' innate abilities. With this, I apply eclectic paradigm.
I have been able to teach wards across sections in both nursery/primary schools and secondary schools in time past successfully accompanied with excellent results on the parts of the wards.
