I am a person who rates SmartWork over Hardwork, and focus on imbibing the same in my students. As a student myself, I well understand the problems and challenges students go through, and thus want to bring a positive change in the student. My strengths lie in focusing on what's important, rather than the conventional teaching methods, which can only take a student so far.
