I am an Engineer (BE - through JEE) from Jadavpur University and completed Diploma in Production Management. Attended Management Development Program (MDP) in IIM-Calcutta . Also did a course from ISRO. I have 25 years of Corporate working experience including Training & Development of continuous teaching, coaching, Mentoring of Interns of BBA, MBA & Engineering Students. Parallelly I am guest faculty of multiple Management & Engineering Institutes in Pune. I was Examiner & Question setter for Pune University for 5 years. I have taught 70,000 Village micro entrepreneurs women across 1000 villages about basic digital skills through online during Covid period (3 years), which helped them to promote and transact money for their micro businesses. I have corporate working experience with Multiple Multinationals and now want to shift focus from Corporate life to my passion of my childhood, i.e teaching to school children.
