Most of my students say l am friendly as well as strict. I think students must not hesitate to ask and say their doubts and problems, that's the environment l provide my students. I try to teach my students with proper examples and try not to feel bored with books. I help them with projects,home assignments as well. I take regular tests to evaluate their progress. I keep good communication with the parents about their progress in syllabus. If l miss my class l cover it up by providing extra time in the weekends.
