To introduce myself, I am a straightforward and down-to-earth person who values and respects both my own and others’ time and effort. As a teacher, I am flexible in adapting to a student’s learning needs, whether it involves lesson planning or exam preparation. However, effort from the student is crucial for any form of improvement. I prefer engaging sessions where the student leaves with most of their doubts cleared and feels a sense of progress. Therefore, I expect a high level of commitment from older students, especially in higher grades. For younger students, consistency in their work is key to improvement, as I understand they have a shorter attention span. Building rapport is essential for growth, as is knowing when to take breaks. Ultimately, cooperation between both the student and teacher is key to success. Thank you for reading.
