My mode of studying is simple .l teach students on their level not according to my level .
My firsts preference is to clear student concept so that student can easily prepare the topic .
My paper pattern is also mixture of conceptual and straight forward type questions .
I give free hands to student to ask any question about topic .
In the end I also give some brain storming extra co -curricular activities.
My paper checking method is very strict bcz this stage tells us the condition of students to teacher and their parents .
Once in a month teacher parent meeting is also necessary for proper academic growth of students.
