I always believe in mentoring the students and develop their interest in the subject. Science and Chemistry are subjects that are bot abstract, you can connect it to the daily life examples and grab the interest and inquisitiveness in the students. I believe in interactive sessions with activities simple and skill based so that they learn by doing. As the boards are dealing with competency based questions so concept building is mainly focused rather than rot learning. So, togather it becomes experiential learning process. I have groomed may student who are scholars and few who are below average and all are associated with me strongly tull date, as I use different methodology for different groups of students.
