I am a Development lead at Luxoft working with Standard Chartered Bank right now, I have worked at various companies prior to this including startups. I have 11 years of software engineering expertise on everything Web. Java, Javascript, from legacy to the latest tech stack. I am a valued member of my team known for my problem solving skills. I can help solve problems and help understand any flow that you may want information on.
My idea of teaching is to leave you at a point where you don't need a mentor any more.

    I would try my best to finish any issue at the earliest, since this is not a full time gig. So this is a fixed fee. At any moment I feel it I am not adding value, I would be ethical enough to foregoe a fee.
