I have been teaching the students of cbse board and all my students get equal and specific attention whenever required for better learning. I work on adaptive teaching skills and methods to match each student's learning pace, strengths and weaknesses in every particular subject. Weekly tests are conducted to analyse the performance and progress of each student and share the same information to each parents so that they have the records and understanding of their child's activities and experiences in the class. I also make sure the students enjoy the teaching methods so that they are able to gain more interest in academics. I treat every child equally in class with my attention and care moreover I try to encourage them to learn more important skills apart from school curriculum for a brighter future. I love my profession and dealing with students itself is a very special part of my life. I welcome all the students in my class and will be glad to teach them not only the school syllabus but also the skills and lessons for life.
