In my teaching, I work to make learning interesting and helpful for all students. I use different methods to explain ideas clearly and try to meet each student’s unique needs. My goal is to help students understand their subjects better and feel confident in their abilities. I use activities, group work, and open discussions to support their learning and growth.Assessment and feedbacks are crucial components of my teaching practices. I regularly evaluate students progress through both formal assessments and informal observations. Rather than focusing solely on rote memorization, i engorge students to question, analysis, and explore different perspectives. I believe that learning is a social process and working together on projects and discussions can enhance understanding and build important interpersonal skills.
