Completing my M Phil in Mathematics from the University of Education, Lahore in 2024, I am a committed mathematics lecturer. My commitment to helping my pupils develop a love of mathematics has motivated me throughout my academic career. I have a strong interest for mathematics. I have gained a great deal of teaching experience over the last eight years in a variety of educational settings, such as schools, colleges, and academies. My diverse background has given me a broad perspective on various instructional pedagogies and student requirements.
🌟 Current Role at KINT Institute of Sciences
I am responsible for providing students at different levels with excellent mathematics instruction in my current position at KINT Institute of Sciences. My responsibilities include creating and presenting interesting lectures, creating thorough course materials, and providing one-on-one assistance to make sure every student understands challenging mathematical ideas. My aim is to establish a lively educational setting where learners are encouraged to investigate, inquire, and uncover the allure of mathematics.
💻 Journey into Online Teaching
I made the switch to online teaching four years ago, and it has completely changed how I interact with and instruct my students. By utilizing digital tools and platforms, I've been able to reach a larger audience and offer a flexible learning environment. To make mathematics more approachable and interesting, I have created a variety of interactive materials, including online problem-solving sessions, video courses, and virtual simulations. While there are certain obstacles associated with teaching online, there are also new opportunities for creative and innovative teaching approaches.
🔍 Teaching Philosophy & Approach
I premise my methodology of instruction on the idea that, with the proper direction and assistance, every student can achieve academic success in mathematics. I take a student-centered approach, modifying my strategies to meet the requirements and preferences of different learning types. In addition to assisting pupils in achieving academic success, my aim is to inculcate a sincere love of mathematics. My goal in teaching mathematics is to make it interesting and relevant by promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world applications.
To accommodate various learning styles, I use a range of instructional techniques, such as group projects, practical exercises, and technology-enhanced learning. My method places a strong emphasis on student ownership of their learning and active engagement. In my opinion, schools should foster a welcoming and open atmosphere where children are at ease asking questions and trying out new concepts.

It is essential to stay up to date with the most recent developments in teaching approaches and technology in an educational environment that is changing quickly. I often attend training sessions, conferences, and seminars as part of my commitment to ongoing professional development, which helps me to improve my knowledge and abilities. I always look for new pedagogical approaches and educational tools to incorporate into my lessons, making sure that my techniques are current and efficient.
Working together with other educators is another essential component of my professional development. Colleagues' thoughts, tactics, and experiences enable me to improve my strategy and keep up with the latest developments in educational best practices. I'm always up for fresh viewpoints and creative concepts that can help my pupils have more engaging learning opportunities.

I am pleased about the opportunities that my teaching career has as I look to the future. My mission is to keep motivating and enabling pupils to reach their arithmetic potential.
