I am a certified yoga trainer and therapist qualified from the institute Krishnamacharya yoga mandiram. I have 8 years of experience in taking group classes and one to one sessions. Handling for women and kids. They love my classes and almost 95 percent people are continuing with me from the time they joined my class. They feel my classes are innovative and rejuvenating all the time. They feel comfortable and their entire family are engaged in yoga with me. They refer me as their family yoga trainer. They mention that yoga therapy i gave was helpful for them in healing their physical, psychological ailments. Meditation classes they feel their mental blocks are released as it works like a stress buster.
