  • Electrical and Electronics Trainer (Oct, 2021–Dec, 2023) at Kisiwa technical training institute
    As a trainer, I have extensive experience in Electrical Installation (both single and three-phase), Electronics, Electrical Maintenance, Solar Installation, Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Drawing, Workshop Technology, and Engineering Science. My responsibilities included designing and setting Continuous Assessment Tests (CATs) and End-term exams to evaluate trainees' progress and capabilities. I was also responsible for marking these assessments and uploading the results to the exam portal.

    Additionally, I led practical sessions, guiding students through hands-on lessons, ensuring they acquired essential skills in their respective fields. I also played a key role in preparing trainees for KNEC exams by conducting thorough revision sessions to ensure they were well-prepared for their assessments

    Customized Learning Plans: For some students, I design tailored learning approaches based on their individual needs, which can involve extra lesson planning, personalized assessments, and in-depth feedback.

    Time of the Lessons: If lessons are scheduled outside regular hours, such as evenings or weekends, the higher fee reflects the flexibility provided to accommodate students' schedules.

    Interactive and Practical Sessions: Some sessions might require the integration of practical examples, additional problem-solving exercises, or interactive tools that enhance understanding but require extra preparation and resources.
