I always try to make easy for students.never try to punish or to use harsh word. I first of all before starting lecture listen students and during lecture I ask questions just to make them attentive.
My students are greatly impressed with my personality and they have started to copy me .they are impressed with my behavior and teaching style.this make me great teacher.
